Cancellation & Refund Policy

Session Bookings

All sessions (online or in-person) must be booked in advance through our official booking system or via direct confirmation. Confirmation details will be shared via email or phone after successful booking and payment.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation:
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a free reschedule or partial refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of the counsellor/coach.

Provider-Initiated Cancellation:
• In the rare event that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a reschedule at no extra cost, or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds:
• If a client cancels 24 hours or more before the session, they may receive up to 80% of the fee refunded, or apply the full amount as a credit for a future session.

Non-Eligible Refunds:
• No refunds are provided for sessions missed without notice (no-shows).
• Group programs, workshops, or discounted packages are non-refundable once started but may be transferable upon request and approval.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by us via email or phone.

Digital Products & Resources

Any digital resources (such as worksheets, guides, or recordings) once delivered are non-refundable, as they are intangible goods.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment. Any processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refund amount.
