Nature of Services

All our services — including counselling, life coaching, yoga, and meditation — are delivered either online (via secure video platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet) or in-person at mutually agreed venues.

Relevant resources, worksheets, or session recordings (where applicable) will be shared electronically via email or through a secure client portal.

Delivery Timeline

Online Sessions: Scheduled as per mutual availability and confirmed via email or booking system.

Digital Materials (if applicable): E-books, worksheets, or guided meditation audios are delivered electronically within 24–48 hours of purchase or booking.

In-person Sessions: Conducted at the designated time and location confirmed with the client.

No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products. Any mention of “shipping” on payment gateways or third-party platforms refers only to the digital delivery of session access links, confirmations, or electronic resources.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate email addresses and contact details during booking. Access links and resources will be sent to the email provided at the time of registration.

Refunds & Rescheduling

As this is a service-based business, cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please refer to that page for full details.
