We provide professional counselling, life coaching, yoga, and meditation sessions in both online and in-person formats. Our services are designed to support personal growth, emotional well-being, and holistic health but are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, please consult your healthcare provider before starting our services.

You must be 18 years or older to book services. Minors may participate in sessions only with parental/guardian consent.

All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system or direct confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. By making a payment, you agree to our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self/others, court order). Online sessions will not be recorded without explicit consent from the client.

Clients are expected to provide accurate information and actively participate in the process. For online sessions, clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment. Results may vary depending on individual commitment, openness, and lifestyle.

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Any abusive, offensive, or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

All materials (worksheets, guides, recordings, meditation scripts) provided by us are for personal use only. Clients may not copy, share, or distribute our materials without written permission.

We strive to provide the highest standard of service, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

All cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that policy for timelines and procedures.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
